Investing in Real Estate
I am a real estate investor with passion for the industry unlike anything else and in hot pursuit of personal and financial freedom. I came to real estate through the process of wanting to be an entrepreneur. While owning your own business or franchise would provide you with financial freedom, someone would need to be there EVERY day. Thus, personal freedom would be difficult. However, real estate provided me with the best of both worlds. I did not have to spend every second of every day managing rental property and it would eventually provide me with the financial freedom that I was looking for. What better way to learn about property management than to go to work in the apartment industry? So I did and at the same time I immersed myself with information regarding residential real estate and specifically how to invest in single-family homes. After several years of education and purchasing my own home, renting it out, and buying my second home, I am now ready to seriously begin my career as a private real estate investor.
